• All new guests interested in scheduling a Color or Chemical Services appointment must schedule either an in person or virtual consultation prior to desired service

  • All guests are required to place a credit or debit card on file

  • I completely understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses can occur, but I respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling

  • In the event of an appointment being canceled outside the required time, a 30% charge of the schedule appointment will be placed on the card on file

  • If you choose to rebook, please understand that I may struggle to offer you a new appointment time and date that is ideal for you

  • Please try to be punctual. Guests who arrive 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook

  • Guests who no call no show their appointment, will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment to the card on file

  • In the case where a guests gives less than 24 hour notice 3 times, or no call no shows once, they will be asked to place a 50% non-refundable deposit on their rescheduled appointment

  • Clients have 7 days to reach out after their completed service if they feel there is something unsatisfactory about their completed look

  • I do not offer refunds, but I'm more than happy to offer a complimentary service adjustment

  • Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household are COVID positive or ill with any other contagious illnesses.
